Two ways to live the Caribbean: one on the sand, one at the table.

Some of my earliest memories are woven around long tables: breaking fresh bread, pouring olive oil, and voices overlapping into the warm night. When we built Piedra Ladrillo, that was the exact feeling we wanted to recreate. Same dinner, same warmth, but this time, right on the Caribbean shore.
Our kitchen lives between two worlds. From the Mediterranean we borrow technique slow fires, olive oil, and time honored recipes. From the Caribbean we take what each morning brings: fresh catch from local boats, tropical fruits at their peak, and the warmth of a region that knows how to eat without rushing.
The result is a menu that doesn’t translate, only tastes. A Mediterranean reinterpreted by the sea, served barefoot, under palm shadows, with the horizon as the only clock.

Nuestra cocina mantiene un diálogo directo con el mar. Robalo, pargo y mariscos locales; lo que el océano decida ofrecernos hoy, preparado a la brasa con el máximo respeto al producto.
Tarta de Santiago, pavlova de frutas tropicales y repostería artesanal horneada diariamente en nuestro horno de leña. La excusa perfecta para prolongar la sobremesa un tiempo más.
El Caribe, sin filtros.
Donde termina la cocina, comienza la arena. Camastros bajo la sombra de las palmeras, cocteles que acompañan el tono dorado de la tarde y el latido del Caribe desde el amanecer hasta la última estrella.
Nuestra playa es una franja de arena blanca y fina, sombras de palmeras y un agua turquesa que tiene el don de hacer desaparecer las horas. Durante el día, los sabores de nuestra cocina viajan directo a tu camastro. Al caer la tarde, la música cobra vida. Y de noche, las estrellas se adueñan de todo.
